October 17, 2006 Board Meeting Agenda Item #21 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE ASHTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - RENOVATIONS PROJECT Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the work performed by Jon F. Swift, Inc. for the Ashton Elementary School - Renovations project be accepted as substantially complete as of 9/15/2006.
